Amanda Coffee resides in the metro Detroit area and has been a Michigander her whole life. The world of art has been at Amanda’s fingertips from an early age. Entering and winning art contest in her younger years, it wasn’t until Amanda began to look at college did she truly investigate a future in art. She attended IADT Chicago under their fashion design program until later turning her attention to Art education and Art advocacy. Eventually graduating with a BA in Studio Art from Oakland University, she continues to be a practicing artist and strong advocate of making art accessible to all.
